Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative for a leading domestic appliances company, with the flexibility to work remotely from Greece. As part of a renowned brand in the domestic appliances industry, you will be responsible for helping Danish-speaking customers with their inquiries and providing solutions to enhance their experience with our products. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary customer service in Danish, addressing inquiries related to domestic appliances and assisting customers with product-related issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages of the process.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, features, and troubleshooting tips to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Fluency in Danish and proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the domestic appliances or consumer electronics sector.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
  • A basic understanding of domestic appliances is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided for the right candidate.
