Key Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer support in Finnish, assisting clients with inquiries related to high-end coffee machines and related services.
• Effectively troubleshoot customer issues and resolve inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Document customer interactions accurately, maintaining detailed records and updates as needed.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring timely follow-up with customers.
• Remain up-to-date on product knowledge to offer informed recommendations and guidance to customers.
• Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized service to enhance their experience.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

• Fluency in Finnish and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the home appliance or luxury goods sector, is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach to ensure satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers on a personal level.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or fast-paced environment while effectively managing time and tasks.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining records and managing inquiries.
• A genuine interest in coffee and knowledge of coffee machines will be considered an advantage; training will be provided to the right candidate.
