This is an initial 6-month contract with expectations to be extended, working for an established Insurance client based in the City of London.
This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office.

An essential part of your role will Be handling customer complaints effectively, using the client’s Care Smart System to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Plus, you’ll identify insightful trends from complaint data to drive continuous improvement initiatives. While previous experience in complaints handling within the Lloyd’s of London market is desirable, it’s your strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving mindset that will set you apart.
