Complaints and Product Governance Analyst (Insurance Market)

G MASS Consulting is a financial consulting organisation, part of the Good Together Group. We are looking for individuals with experience or an interest in Complaints Handling and Product Governance to join our Consultancy. This is an initial 6-month contract with expectations to be extended, working for an established Insurance client based in the City of London.

This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Product Governance process by reviewing and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory standards.
  • Working collaboratively with compliance, governance, and risk teams to ensure complaint outcomes are aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Handling and managing customer complaints in line with the client’s Care Smart System and complaints handling framework.
  • Ensuring timely and effective resolution of complaints, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying trends and insights from complaint data to support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Previous experience in complaints handling/Lloyds complaints within Lloyds of London/London insurance is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Product Governance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience working with Care Smart/Smart Care System.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to manage sensitive situations empathetically.
  • Excellent attention to detail and an ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
