Sr. Director of Product Management

G2 is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead its Seller Product Management teams. The ideal candidate will lead the strategy for the portfolio of products for software sellers, work with and coach a team of product managers, partner with other departments, and drive the planning and delivery of new features.

Skills

Experience in Martech and Salestech
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex concepts and drive decision making
Creativity in managing diverse customers and shifting priorities
Anticipating problems and seeking opportunities

Responsibilities

Manage, mentor, and grow a team of product managers
Craft and embody the strategic vision and roadmap for the seller product/portfolio
Lead product from discovery to release
Own and sell the product roadmap and priorities to internal stakeholders
Guide and define requirements for new products and features
Inspire and lead support for Sales, Marketing, and Research

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred)
