Bury Crew Lead (Fort Worth, TX)

GAC Enterprises, LLC, a reputable construction company, is seeking a Bury Crew Lead to join their team in the Fort Worth area. The Bury Crew Lead will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily functions of a bury drop crew. while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety regulations. The ideal candidate for this position will be an excellent communicator, a strategic thinker, and a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a company truck and trailer equipped with a plow to various job sites throughout the day.
  • Contact customers prior to arrival and personally inform them about the service being provided.
  • Utilize a magnet locator to identify scab/splice points.
  • Assess and determine the burial path for the 7mm conduit to the house.
  • Guide team members on their tasks and responsibilities.
  • Operate the plow efficiently to complete the job.
  • Finalize the job by documenting data and capturing photos in two systems: one for the client and another for billing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management as a Supervisor
  • OSHA 30 certification or similar safety certification
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Willingness to work during weekends and holidays, as needed.
