Technical Operations Executive - Remote, Full-Time Work From Home - #220

We're seeking a highly organized, technically proficient, and adaptable Technical Operations Executive to oversee Keller's internal suite of business applications and provide crucial support to our CEO. This role is pivotal in maintaining and optimizing our technical infrastructure while also contributing to various aspects of our business operations.

The sky is the limit in this role. The person joining can progress to a senior role, management position in a growing organization. We are open for someone to start part time and grow into full time if you already have clients.

Application Management: Oversee and work with the following applications. We are aware that you might not be familiar with all of these and extensive training will be provided.

  • Glockapps
  • Warmup Inbox
  • HubSpot
  • Monday.com
  • ClickUp (set up from scratch)
  • Zadarma
  • LastPass
  • If you are already proficient: GSuite and Microsoft365 administration
  • Workable support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Operations: Ensure seamless integration and operation of all managed applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for system efficiency.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve workflows and processes related to our tech stack, enhancing productivity across the organization.
  • User Support & Training: Provide technical support to team members and develop training materials to maximize the effective use of our applications.
  • Security & Compliance: Maintain robust security protocols across all platforms and ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
  • CEO Assistance: Act as a key support to the CEO in various business areas, providing data-driven insights and operational assistance as needed.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Lead by example in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, displaying resilience, adaptability, and the ability to set and achieve ambitious goals under tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility in Hours: Work flexible hours to accommodate various time zones, supporting global teams.
