- Strong technical background and understanding of technical roles and requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Proven experience in sourcing and attracting top technical talent
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications and technical skills
- Experience conducting interviews and evaluating technical expertise
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple recruitment projects
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science, or a related field is preferred
