• Prior experience as a technical recruiter or in a similar role
• Strong technical background and understanding of technical roles and requirements
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
• Proven experience in sourcing and attracting top technical talent
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and technical skills
• Experience conducting interviews and evaluating technical expertise
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple recruitment projects
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science, or a related field is preferred
