Regular Clearance Level Must Currently Possess: Top Secret/SCI Clearance Level Must Be Able To Obtain: Top Secret/SCI Suitability: Public Trust/Other Required: Job Family: Project/Task Management Skills: Job Qualifications: Information Technology (IT) Projects, Project Management, Strategic Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation - ITIL Experience: 5 + years of related experience US Citizenship Required: Yes Job Description: STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS PROJECT MANAGER GENERAL DYNAMICS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TAMPA, FL ONSITE POSITION Job Description: GENERAL DYNAMICS seeks a Project/Task Manager to support strategic and operational analysis of the information technology (IT) and cyber environment, and perform customer task management for the USCENTCOM Information Technology Services (CITS) Program supporting the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) Command, Control, Communications, and Computer Systems (C4) Directorate, USCENTCOM HQ in Tampa, FL. Duties And Responsibilities: As a Project/Task Manager for the CITS Program, you will be responsible for providing direct support to the management and oversight of over 1,200 USCENTCOM and Joint Staff directed tasks assigned annually to the USCENTCOM C4 Directorate (referred to as CCJ6) and the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) via the Enterprise Task Management System 2 (ETSM2) on classified and unclassified networks. Actions include conducting the initial analysis, assignment, and management of newly assigned tasks, and the completing the closeout actions of assigned tasks pursuant to Command and CCJ6 Business Rules for Staff Actions. Provide system administrator support through the creation and management of Directorate User and Team accounts. Provide daily updates to the Deputy Director, Director of Staff and other key leaders on all Command Group and Joint Staff Tasks assigned to CCJ6. Additionally, you will be working closely with USCENTCOM staff, subordinate commands, and the Joint Staff by providing strategic analysis services related to Joint Integration and Development Systems activities to include C4 and Cyber (C4/Cyber) functional capability boards, Integrated Priority List development, Joint Urgent Operational Need Statements, Joint Emergent Operational Need Statements. Additional Responsibilities: • Support development of Digital Enterprise governance products to include strategies, policies, and plans • Support the development and staffing of briefings, information papers, talking points, and other artifacts • Support Key Leader Engagement activities • Participate in cross-functional meetings and workgroups • Maintain key customer relationships in support of strategic and operational activities • Provide input to and/or submit daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports Required: Education and/or Certifications: • Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Management, Information Resource Management, or a related field of study and at least 5 years of experience Desired: • Master’s Degree with a focus in Management, Information Resource Management, or a related field of study and 8 years of experience • ITIL Foundation Certification Required Skills: • Posses strong critical thinking skills • Understanding of general military structure and staff organization • Work independently or in small group to analyze requirements, prepare course of actions, and make recommendations • Possess ability to analyze tasks for specified requirements, suspense dates, and assign to appropriate staff to a lead or supporting role • Possess ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand strategic and operational requirements Desired Skills: • Experience with Combatant Command structure and mission set, with USCENTCOM structure and mission set preferred • Knowledge and familiarity with USCENTCOM’s IT environment Clearance Requirement: • Active TS/SCI #centcomcits #gditpriority The likely salary range for this position is $92,331 - $109,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
