Our work depends on a TS/SCI cleared Senior Cloud Operations Solution Developer joining our team to support our intelligence customer in St. Louis, MO or Springfield, VA.HOW A SENIOR CLOUD OPERATIONS SOLUTIONS DEVELOPER WILL MAKE AN IMPACTWe are seeking a Senior Developer to join our Agile Scrum development team responsible for building an Operations Dashboard using Grafana. The ideal candidate will have strong development experience and a focus on delivering secure, high-quality solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned developer looking to leverage their expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment while contributing to mission-critical projects.In this role, you'll join our Continuous Operations Release Environment (CORE) team, which involves creating comprehensive monitoring solutions for cloud-based DevSecOps pipeline applications, integrating new tools, and refining existing insights.What You'll NeedEducation and Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.• 8+ years of development experience.• Compliance with DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements (Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNA).Key Responsibilities:• Design and develop in an Agile/Scrum environment.• Collaborate with the team to achieve project milestones and objectives.• Work closely with internal and external teams to gather and implement integration requirements.• Partner with Security teams to ensure solutions meet accreditation standards.• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation.Required Skills:• Expertise in developing Grafana dashboards.• Proficiency in Go programming language.• Experience integrating with application APIs for metrics collection.• Familiarity with Elasticsearch.• Strong scripting skills (Shell scripting preferred, basic Python knowledge is a plus).• Proficient in RedHat Linux.• Hands-on experience with DevOps/CI tools, particularly GitLab CI.• AWS service integration experience, including Lambda, EC2, S3, etc.• Experience with PostgreSQL.• Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.Location: Springfield, VA or St. Louis, MOUS Citizenship RequiredGDIT IS YOUR PLACE:● 401K with company match● Comprehensive health and wellness packages● Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career● Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications● Cutting-edge technology you can learn from● Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidays#RoverGSSThe likely salary range for this position is $148,282 - $200,616. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
