The Sales Engineer ECE collaborates closely with various teams, particularly the Sales team, Field Project Engineers, Pre-Sales Engineers, and Sales Networks, to position Genetec's solutions and products. They are the technical point of contact for customers and Sales teams.

As a Sales Engineer - ECE, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting our innovative products with our customers' needs. Collaborating closely with our Sales team, Field Project Engineers, and Pre-Sales Engineers, you will become the go-to technical expert for our offerings. Your day-to-day will involve diving deep into our product range, understanding and defining solutions tailored to meet our customers and partners’ specifications. You'll also get the chance to showcase our solutions through high-level demonstrations, ensuring that clients grasp the value we bring to their security challenges. Building strong relationships with stakeholders will be your bread and butter, as you’ll provide technical support to both customers and our sales teams. Additionally, you’ll work alongside our technical support team, making sure transitions from pre-sales to post-sales are seamless. Travel is part of the journey, as you can expect to be on the road 40% of the time, making connections and representing our brand at exciting trade shows.
