As a Full Stack WordPress Developer at GeoComply, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our corporate website as well campaign based websites we own.


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack WordPress Developer to work with our IT and Marketing teams on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end WordPress development, with the ability to create and maintain a high-performing, secure, and user-friendly corporate website. They must be available during standard Pacific Time Zone working hours.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain WordPress website and applications
  • Work closely with designers and content creators to ensure a cohesive user experience
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services with WordPress (e.g. Salesforce, Lever, Analytics tools)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress issues by working with Security, IT and Infrastructure teams on security protocols, database management and scalability planning
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of WordPress sites to ensure a flawless user experience
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility
  • Constantly monitor for bugs and optimize website performance 
  • Customize WordPress themes and plugins
  • Perform website optimization, including improving site speed, performance, and SEO as requested
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest WordPress trends and technologies


Who You Are
  • 3+ years of experience in WordPress development
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
  • Experience with website deployment and hosting processes
  • Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development
  • Experience with Git and version control systems
  • Experience with security tools such as VeraCode
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced in English

  • You have knowledge of brand identity in multi-channel marketing, Adobe Suite, Wordpress CMS, Product Design and Motion.
