About the role:

As part of a growing team this position will play a key role in building and scaling our sales function taking a key role in supporting full stack sales motion from top of funnel through signing. At its core this will be a generalist role supporting sales funnel initiatives across verticals, but a background in supporting the sale of services to Health Plan customers would be valuable. This role will report into our VP of Sales/Partnership operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth Channel Expansion: Take the lead in expanding our growth channel and service line, crafting regional and national partnerships that not only enhance patient acquisition but also drive conversion and retention strategies.
  • Ecosystem Engagement: Be the catalyst for forging new relationships and nurturing existing ones across the healthcare ecosystem. Identify opportunities that will shape Getlabs' growth strategy within the employer, payor, and managed care space.
  • Foundational Growth: As we experience rapid expansion, you will play a vital role in establishing the foundation and infrastructure for our growing team and organization.
  • Strategic Momentum: Drive momentum on critical strategic initiatives and ensure alignment among cross-functional and external teams.
  • Holistic Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with teams and stakeholders across the entire company, from Operations to Marketing to the CEO, to drive high-impact initiatives.


About You:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • You bring a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience to the table.
  • You possess at least 1-2 years of experience with an early-stage startup or demonstrate a strong desire to take on a "builder" role.
  • Your background includes a minimum of 2 years in sales or business development, in a  quota-carrying role within the healthcare industry.
  • Ability to support a full stack sales motion from initial contact through to contract execution.
  • Comfortable operating  in a fast paced dynamic environment with an ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
  • Your verbal and written communication skills are excellent, enabling you to convey your ideas effectively.
  • You have the ability to influence cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and commitment.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • You have experience in health-tech business development, particularly in selling to plans, payors, and managed care entities.
  • Familiarity with diagnostics and or programmatic solutions to solving gaps in care and hard to reach patient populations is a plus., .
  • You have clinical or services experience supporting sales of solutions to large health care organizations 
  • You've previously worked cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and finance teams.
  • You can leverage existing relationships and connections in the field, enhancing our reach and impact.
