About the role:
As part of a growing team this position will play a key role in building and scaling our sales function taking a key role in supporting full stack sales motion from top of funnel through signing. At its core this will be a generalist role supporting sales funnel initiatives across verticals, but a background in supporting the sale of services to Health Plan customers would be valuable. This role will report into our VP of Sales/Partnership operations.

In this fully remote role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to drive growth channel expansion and develop strategic partnerships that enhance patient acquisition across the nation. You’ll be at the forefront of building relationships within our ecosystem, working with healthcare providers, payors, and managed care organizations to reshape how diagnostics are delivered. As you navigate through initiatives that foster momentum and engagement, your collaboration with our Operations, Marketing, and Executive teams will be pivotal. To thrive, you'll need a blend of excellent communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and a knack for problem-solving. We’re looking for someone with a background in healthcare sales and at least 5-10 years of experience, ideally with a focus on early-stage startups.
