As the Director of Sales at CodeHunter, you will play a key role in our continued growth and success by developing and executing sales strategies, building a high-performing sales team, and establishing strong relationships with channel partners. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow CodeHunter's customer base and revenue
  • Identify target markets, analyze market trends, and develop marketing plans and pricing strategies
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team that is focused on achieving sales targets and revenue goals
  • Recruit, train, coach and motivate sales professionals to achieve their targets
  • Develop and manage channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and strategic partners
  • Identify potential partners, negotiate agreements, and manage relationships to ensure mutual success
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the executive team
  • Analyze sales data, track key performance metrics, and provide regular updates on sales performance
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment with sales strategies and objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity landscape
  • Passion and enthusiasm for every aspect of the sales process
  • Proven track record for motivating and guiding team members while also holding them accountable
  • Lead with high energy to build excitement for Sales across the company
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals
  • Experience building and managing a high-performing sales team
