Customer Success Manager IV

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer-specific account plans
- Identify and resolve potential risks to customer satisfaction
- Educate customers on best practices and support implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
- Conduct business reviews and represent the voice of the customer to product teams
Education
- Minimum of 7 years in the Health Care field
- Experience as a team lead in healthcare supply chain
