As a Dietary Aide at Givens Highland Farms, your responsibilities include organizing and setting up dining areas, plating meals according to resident orders, maintaining cleanliness in the dining room and kitchen, resetting the dining area after service, assisting with meal carryouts, and ensuring overall resident satisfaction with dining services.

Givens Highland Farms welcomes both experienced and new candidates for the Dietary Aide role. While prior experience in food service or working with older adults is a plus, it is not strictly required. A passion for helping others and a willingness to learn are more important attributes for success in this position.

Dietary Aides at Givens Highland Farms typically work part-time hours from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM on weekdays, along with a requirement to work one weekend day. Scheduling is flexible but having availability for both weekend days is desirable.

At Givens Highland Farms, all new Dietary Aides receive comprehensive training from our friendly and supportive dining team. This training is designed to help you quickly adapt to your responsibilities and ensure you feel confident in serving our residents.
