Skills

  • Unencumbered Registered Nursing license in the State of North Carolina
  • Public relation skills
  • Ability to work without direct supervision

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care plans
  • Administer drugs and therapeutic procedures as prescribed
  • Respond to emergency calls in the community
  • Coordinate unit routines and provide guidance to staff
  • Maintain confidentiality of information in compliance with HIPAA

Education

  • Two years in long term care or with the geriatric population preferred
