Role Description


Glints is looking for a Recruitment Consultant Lead to join our Fulfillment team, under Recruitment Cross border, to build and grow your recruitment team to support our clients with their hiring needs and deliver a good experience. As the Senior Consultant Lead, you have to lead by example and coach your junior consultants to be experts in their field.

  • From 2 years of experience in an internal recruitment/headhunter
  • Experience in international recruitment is a plus point
  • Fluent in English communication: clients mainly from diverse regions like Singapore, Malaysia, the US, the UK, China, Taiwan,...
  • Proactive, Aggresive, Resilient, flexible with strong customer-care mindset


What You’ll Be Doing
  • Work with the BD (Business Development) team/Team Lead to receive orders and process recruitment for clients
  • Understand clients' businesses and find suitable candidates (usually recruiting Vietnamese candidates to work remotely/relocate to another country/hiring for cross-border market)
  • Manage clients accounts (1-2 clients), work directly with clients to get the requirements and communicate it with all team members
  • Manage the recruitment process for clients and support the team in handling arising issues
