Skills
- Mid-career tech recruiting experience
- Understanding of ATS and talent management tools
- Excellent communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Plan and promote recruitment and marketing strategies
- Collect and analyze data of the competitive recruitment market
- Define job requirements and improve the hiring process
- Design interview criteria and manage hiring events
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
