AVP, Program Manager

Global Atlantic Financial Group is seeking an experienced AVP, Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives and drive business value. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, stakeholder management abilities, and a focus on successful program delivery.

Responsibilities

Oversee and ensure program deliverables are on time and on budget
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders and key teams
Translate business strategy into clear project direction
Lead stakeholder communications and serve as subject matter expert
Champion continuous core business capability improvement

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or related field
PMP certification preferred
