Job Description: Front Desk Virtual Assistant for Medical Clinic

We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Virtual Assistant to join our medical clinic team. The primary responsibilities of this role include scheduling patient appointments and ensuring timely follow-ups on their schedules. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the clinic's appointment calendar, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
  • Follow up with patients to confirm upcoming appointments or remind them of schedule changes.
  • Coordinate efficiently with medical staff to optimize appointment slots.
  • Handle patient inquiries related to appointment availability via phone, email, or online platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient schedules and updates in the clinic's system.
  • Ensure excellent customer service in every interaction to foster a positive patient experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant, front desk officer, or similar role in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and tools commonly used in medical clinics.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing schedules and patient information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
