Nordic Speaking Customer Support for Online Travel - Remote in Greece

We are currently seeking a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for Online Travel, offering a remote position from Greece. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and customer service, and who enjoy assisting Nordic-speaking clients in managing their online travel reservations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients regarding online travel bookings through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to itineraries, bookings, changes, and cancellation policies.
• Effectively handle customer issues and complaints to ensure a seamless travel experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and manage follow-ups on outstanding queries.
• Work collaboratively with travel partners and internal teams to meet customer needs promptly.
• Stay informed about travel regulations, new offerings, and industry best practices to provide accurate assistance.
• Collect customer feedback to support ongoing improvements in service delivery.

• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
