The Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading and optimizing our talent acquisition function to attract, engage, and hire top talent in the U.S. and internationally. This role requires a proven track record in developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies aligned with company objectives. The... ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. This role will report to the SVP of People at GoFundMe & Classy.
The Job…
• Evolve and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy with a focus on proactive candidate engagement to ensure a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to become talent advisors to the business, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Drive coordinated alignment, action, and accountability from all hiring stakeholders so we're poised to hire top talent enabling the Company to scale.
• Develop insights into candidate and hiring manager experience to continuously improve every stage of the life cycle.
• Collaborate across the company, working closely with the business owners to ensure we're expertly addressing the business needs.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Track and develop metrics that help assess, analyze, and benchmark our talent pipeline, conversion, areas of recruiting strength, and areas of opportunity.
• Embrace our DEIB Mission and Drivers to ensure our philosophy is deeply embedded in all recruiting activities and that we stay on target with our internal diversity recruiting goals.
• Work with Finance teams to project and manage future headcount additions; regularly report out to stakeholders on progress.
• Work cross collaboratively to develop and implement a strong employee value proposition (EVP) and enhance our external employer brand to attract top talent and position the company as a best place to work.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
You…
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of proven experience leading, aligning, and developing recruiting teams within a high-growth tech industry
• Experience managing a global recruiting team in a competitive tech industry
• Deep understanding of the complexity of diversity recruiting, and desire to drive results
• Process improvement mindset. You have an eye for efficiency, never losing sight of quality
• Demonstrated experience leveraging data to drive TA strategy, processes, and programs
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, make timely decisions, and drive behavioral change
• Problem solver with the ability to switch seamlessly between critical thinking and tactical execution within a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Employer Branding within the tech industry
• Vendor management + contract negotiation experience
• Experience using an ATS system (Greenhouse preferred), reporting tools, and sourcing tools

The total annual salary for this full-time position is $190,000 - $250,000 + equity + benefits. As this is a remote position, the salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
