The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing comprehensive field marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and local market stakeholders.


Essential Job Functions:

Develop and execute strategic field marketing plans to meet business objectives and drive brand visibility and growth.

Lead a team of field marketing coordinators and specialists, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives.

Identify opportunities for local partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand presence and community engagement.

Plan and coordinate local events, trade shows, and promotional activities, from inception to execution, including budget management, vendor selection, and logistics coordination.

Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support, including lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.

Identify and prioritize key markets for targeted marketing efforts.

Conduct market research to understand regional customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of field marketing activities, providing regular reporting, impression metrics and insights to key stakeholders.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, channel partners, vendors, and local community organizations.

Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in field marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, messaging consistency, and legal/regulatory requirements in all field marketing activities.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and maximizing ROI on marketing investments.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

Knowledge of marketing principles, tactics, and techniques, with a focus on field marketing, event management, and community engagement.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

Flexibility to travel as needed for events, meetings, and market visits within assigned regions.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field required; master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years of experience in field marketing or related role.

$70,000 - $95,000 an hour
