We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google .Responsibilities• Drive the design process from immersion, ideation, exploration, to execution, delivery, and launch.• Work with cross-functional teams to explore strategic opportunities, solve complex and ambiguous problems, and advocate on behalf of our users.• Develop system maps, user journeys, conceptual models, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate, test, and evolve design ideas.• Partner with UX Research and UX Content Design teams throughout the design process, continuously refining and evolving processes, methods, and tools.• Foster a culture of curiosity, creativity, and impact for the team and partners, while leading holistic thinking across products and platforms.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
