As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our organization, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive intake assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing both individual and group therapy. You should also have a minimum of two years of experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges and possess strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly.
