Lead HVAC Technician - job 1 of 4
Curaleaf is redefining the cannabis industry with a commitment to quality and innovation, seeking a Lead HVAC Technician to maintain HVAC systems and support the growth of the business.
Skills
- Knowledge of refrigeration theory
- Understanding of control systems
- Ability to perform pipe fitting
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and engineering specifications
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
- Coordinate with Facilities Maintenance Manager for installation and repairs.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC units using tools and technology.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain equipment accountability.
- Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA 608 Universal certification
