As a Mental Health Counselor, you will play an instrumental role in delivering effective counseling services, conducting thorough assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and maintaining comprehensive clinical records. Your contributions will be essential in shaping the future of mental health care in our community.

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 8 AM – 5 PM

SALARY: $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs a variety of patient care and therapeutic activities
• Formulates programs/groups for treatment and rehabilitation of psychiatric patients.
• Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
• Participates in continuity of care and/or discharge planning. Facilitates advance care planning.
•  Develop individual treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case.
• Documents patient care activity in institutional electronic healthcare record in accordance with departmental documentation policy.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in LMFT, LCSW, LPCC.
• Current licensure as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC in the state.
• Has a maximum 2 years of experience.
• Skilled in conducting one-on-one and family therapy.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and experience with patient assessments.
• Proficient in a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Experienced in using technology to enhance therapy outcomes.

Pay and Benefits:
