SALARY

  • $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits

 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs a variety of patient care and therapeutic activities
  • Formulates programs/groups for treatment and rehabilitation of psychiatric patients.
  • Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
  • Participates in continuity of care and/or discharge planning. Facilitates advance care planning.
  • Develop individual treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case.
  • Documents patient care activity in institutional electronic healthcare record in accordance with departmental documentation policy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling or Psychology, or related field.
  • Active California state license as LPCC.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health counseling.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
