We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in litigation support, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including case preparation, discovery, and trial.• Draft and file legal documents, pleadings, and motions.• Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information.• Organize and maintain case files, documents, and exhibits.• Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings.• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel as needed.• Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred.• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and legal terminology.• Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Benefits:• Competitive salary• Health, dental, and vision insurance• Retirement plan• Paid time off and holidaysSalary range is based on experience and may differ from what is stated in the posting.
