Residential Construction EstimatorA well-known, stable home builder is looking to add a Residential Construction Estimator to their growing team!They offer competitive compensation, excellent benefits package, great culture & financial stability with all of the projects in their pipeline!Residential Construction Estimator Core Responsibilities Include:• Responsible for developing accurate and complete job estimates.• Obtains bids from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials; identifying qualified subcontractors; negotiating prices.• Maintains cost keys and price masters by updating information.• Resolves cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.• Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Residential Construction Estimator Skills and Qualifications:• 3+ years of Estimating Experience within residential construction• Knowledge of various estimating software• Excellent communication skills• Ability to meet deadlines• *Please email your resume to kamish.mcdonald@gogpac.com for consideration for the Residential Construction Estimator
