Senior Litigation AttorneyA well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join the team. The firm has significant practices in corporate, transactional, business licensing, and financial institution representation, with a particular focus on clients interacting with state and local agencies.Ideal Candidate:• Possess a portable book of business worth $300,000 - $500,000.• Desires to join an established office providing staff support and business development opportunities.• Exhibits strong communication and administrative skills.• Represents the firm with integrity.Compensation Plan: The firm offers a compensation plan rewarding both personal productivity and client origination, ideal for an attorney wishing to monetize an established practice.Role and Responsibilities:• Minimum of 10+ years of litigation experience in state and federal courts.• Ability to handle litigation matters from inception through trial independently.• Direct associate attorneys and paralegals.• Draft complex litigation pleadings and motions.• Effectively argue and win motions, discovery, and dispositive motions.• Develop case strategies from inception through settlement or trial.• Advise clients on risk mitigation and pre-suit resolution options.• Perform complex legal research and utilize new litigation technology products.Qualifications:• J.D.
