People Operations Project Coordinator (Remote, USA EST)
Grafana Labs is looking for a People Operations Project Coordinator to support the People Team Leaders on multiple business critical projects and assist in various operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about people.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in Google suite and HRIS/LMS
Responsibilities
- Administratively support various People team initiatives
- Coordinate new hire onboarding travel logistics
- Manage the People Team calendar
- Coordinate scheduling for cross-functional meetings
- Monitor ticket queues
- Track and report on L&D program attendance
- Provide administrative support for L&D budget reporting
- Create and maintain People Team rolling slides
- Assist in development of Talent Development initiatives
- Support other People team projects as required
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
