Skills
Proficient troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of observability, cloud systems administration, containerization, devops, logs, metrics, tracing, Kubernetes
Experience with CRM software, help desk software, remote support tools
Client-focused approach for delivering solutions to customer needs
Responsibilities
Debug customer issues in lab environments including AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker
Utilize SSO/SAML to help customers secure Grafana instances
Evaluate errors in customer dashboard panels and determine root cause
Troubleshoot connectivity issues with data sources and plugins
Manage customer cases via phone, video meetings, email, ticketing, and chat
Contribute to internal knowledge base and share technical information within the team
Provide training to new team members and assist with customer onboarding
