Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing marketing collateral, trade show graphics, digital media assets, and more to support Impossible’s marketing efforts and communications.


Essential Job Functions:


  • Develop marketing materials, including print ads, POS, web assets, digital media, tradeshow graphics, etc. 
  • Ensure accuracy by understanding and applying the master brand guidelines, creative process, and internal proofing.
  • Maintain a strong attention to detail and possess eagerness to learn.
  • Balance multiple projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery. 
  • Connect with internal partners: project managers, marketing leads, and external vendors to implement design concepts.


Basic Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3-4 years of digital and/or print design experience.
  • BA or BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field.
  • High proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, and Figma on Mac OS.
  • High proficiency designing for a variety of media, between digital and print.
  • Documented experience creating print graphics and working with vendors to project completion.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Earnest to apply organizational, design, and time-management skills.
  • Understanding of branding, advertising, online marketing and media concepts.
  • Able to fold the big idea through a wide range of media.
  • Ready to present and communicate ideas in a clear, concise, and compelling way.
  • Conceptual thinking that can generate multiple ideas and solutions to design tasks.
  • Ability to work as a member of a team.
  • Enjoys working autonomously on assignments.
  • Demonstrates in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge, and basic knowledge of related areas such as merchandising, advertising,, marketing, licensing, and co-branding.


$84,000 - $106,500 a year


For positions based in Redwood City and Oakland, we offer the above salary range + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
