What You’ll Do:
Sales Revenue Growth: Drive and exceed sales targets by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities by travel throughout the US. Implement strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.
Sales Acquisition: Act as the main point of contact for potential clients, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of product offerings. Use proactive sales techniques and strategies to successfully acquire new clients and establish long-term relationships.
Travel / Detailed Planning of Trips: This job will require 75% travel to multiple locations around the US. Efficiently plan and organize sales trips, ensuring maximum productivity and effectiveness. This includes scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and developing travel itineraries that optimize sales reach and impact.
Metrics Tracking: Monitor and analyze all sales activities against set metrics to ensure targets and objectives are met. Provide regular reports and insights to management on sales outcomes and market feedback.
Redistribution of New Accounts: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that new accounts are appropriately distributed to the correct channel or territory, optimizing account management and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Proven experience in a hunter sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong negotiation and closure skills with the ability to communicate and establish rapport at all levels. - Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in planning and executing sales trips. - Ability to analyze metrics and data to inform sales strategies and decisions. - Experience with account management and knowledge of channel or territory distribution.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. - Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset
