Healthcare Professional (Full Time)
Looking for Healthcare Professionals to manage the dispensing of cannabis products to patients in our dispensary. Must be passionate about medical cannabis and have the medical expertise to help patients use it responsibly and effectively.
Skills
- Registered Pharmacist in good standing with Pennsylvania
- 2+ years of pharmacy experience
- Excellent patient and customer focused approach
- Knowledge of cannabinoids and human body interaction
- Point of Sale technology systems
- Inventory and sales reporting
- Critical thinking
- Professionalism and integrity
- Understanding of Cannabis laws and regulations
Responsibilities
- Be in-store at all times during scheduled shift for dispensation of cannabis products
- Secure coverage for any time off
- Assess patient certification and recommend treatment
- Drive retail sales and patient retention
- Ensure compliance with company policies and laws
- Educate patients about cannabis benefits
- Stay up to date on cannabis research
- Assist with additional dispensary tasks
Education
- Complete the PA Department of Health’s Cannabis Health Professional training certificate
