About the Role:

GreenLife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a licensed School Clinician to join a growing school-based program in Bronx, NY. In this role, you’ll provide direct, evidence-based mental health services to adolescents and families within a school setting, supported by a collaborative interdisciplinary team and peer navigator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 100% direct clinical services to adolescents and families
  • Conduct DSM-based diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions and facilitate group therapy
  • Collaborate in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings
  • Consult with psychiatrists and mental health specialists on treatment approaches
  • Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:

Education & Licensure:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Creative Arts Therapy
  • Active NY State license: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAT
  • Eligibility for NYS Child Abuse Registry & Justice Center clearance

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years providing direct clinical services
  • Prior experience working with adolescents and families in clinical or school settings
  • Familiarity with co-occurring disorders and chemical dependency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
