In this pivotal role, you will be a key member of the IT leadership team and contribute to the development and execution of Future IT Vision.

Role Responsibilities:

• Build and manage Customer & Payments Data Platforms across Money Transfer, Digital Banking, and ecosystem products.
• Develop the maturity of technology Services to improve efficiency, deliver new innovations and increase collaboration with other business areas (e.g., through Agile and DevOps).
• Establish automated monitoring tools to track systems' health, uptime and outages.
• Lead teams to build maturity around event management.
• Build successful stakeholder relationships with other IT and business leaders by developing a clear understanding of business needs, acting as a trusted advisor, and ensuring cost-effective delivery of Cloud services to meet business needs.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• 15+ years of experience in Information Technology working with emerging technologies with 10+ years in Data Platform experience – specific to owning and enabling capabilities within an enterprise data ecosystem including Data Management practices (Analytics/Platform).
• Strong knowledge of AWS or GCP public cloud and various services offerings.
• Industry expertise in implementing Real Time Databases, Time series Databases, Data Warehousing, Big Data platforms, Data Engineering tools, Data Streaming tools and Data Analytics solutions.

Salary

The annual gross base salary range is $146,000.00 - $243,336.00. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus and stock.
