Lifecycle Growth Manager
Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. They are looking for a Lifecycle Growth Manager to develop and implement growth strategies, optimize customer lifecycle engagement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Skills
- Experience with email/SMS marketing
- Strong background in data analysis
- Expert knowledge of email deliverability and compliance requirements
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proven track record of successful project management
- Passionate about customer acquisition and retention
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies
- Optimize customer lifecycle engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Optimize automated communication campaigns
- Enhance the provider referral program
- Implement product-driven initiatives
- Analyze data and conduct experiments
- Collaborate with sales, product, and growth teams
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
