Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and creative Growth Copywriting Intern to join our Self Serve Growth team at Neo4j for the Summer of 2023. As a Growth Copywriting Intern, you will be responsible for creating engaging and persuasive copy that drives conversions and growth for the developer users who are new to Neo4j’s cloud database product, AuraDB. You will be a part of the Self-Serve Growth Team to craft and optimize compelling content for onboarding emails and landing pages.

Responsibilities:

Write concise, and compelling copy that drives engagement and conversions, including but not limited to onboarding emails and website landing pages.
Collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team to understand the target audience, their pains and needs, and create messaging that resonates with them
Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in copywriting
Analyze data and metrics to track the effectiveness of copy and make data-driven decisions for improvement

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or a related field
Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex ideas into easy-to-understand language. Experience with writing content for a technical audience is a plus.
Comfortable working with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or similar platforms, to track and analyze data.
A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
A strong sense of ownership and a drive for delivery, with a commitment to producing high-quality work that aligns with business goals.
A humble and iterative approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to take feedback and incorporate it into your work.
