What You Will Do:

Provides diverse and confidential administrative support to leadership.  This role will perform a variety of both administrative, AP, and clerical duties for Finance and Shared Services.

Work requires independent judgement and initiative on assignments that may be sensitive in nature.  May perform special assignments such as researching information, compiling reports, and summarizing incoming correspondence. 

Examples of Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintain Calendars for leaders - Single point of contact & Managing Schedules

  • Establish meetings – send Team / Zoom invites

  • Create and distribute supporting documentation for meetings – Agendas, reporting, minutes etc.

  • Process supply orders and distribute accordingly

  • Gain approvals and process requisitions and/or vendor payment requests for multiple departments

  • Assist in coordinating special projects / reporting / data distribution

  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Location: Onsite, Birmingham, AL


What You Will Need:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent (relevant experience may substitute for education)

  • 1-3 years of prior relevant experience

  • Experience in Revenue Cycle / Healthcare

  • Highly skilled in AP | Data entry

  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint

What Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Lawson | Oracle data Invoice / PO entry

  • Sharepoint Navigation

  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions. 

  • Be a results-driven achiever with excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail.

  • Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing. 

  • Demonstrate computer literacy skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
