We are looking for an Account Executive to focus on our GuildQuality brand.
GuildQuality is a SaaS company that helps the best homebuilders, remodelers and contractors in North America deliver an exceptional customer experience. Our ideal candidate has a relentless drive to improve the lives of business owners and a background of thriving in a competitive sales environment, persevering through adversity and learning from your experiences. Preferably, a portion of their personal development has come from selling a product in the software industry on a phone-based sales team for 1-3 years.
You’re looking to take your scrappiness, resilience and sales fundamentals and apply them in a SaaS sales role within a rapidly growing company.
GuildQuality sets our sales reps up with leads and all the support they need to hit their goals and help contractors, homebuilders and remodelers sign up for our SaaS based solution to enhance their customer experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, initiate, and nurture relationships with sales-ready leads both over the phone and via email
  • Run and manage the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery call to closing the deal
  • Manage a sizeable pipeline of SMB and Mid-Market prospects
  • Perform product demos using web tools to prospects and customers
  • Hunt and aggressively prospect new business
  • Light travel to trade shows and events might be required
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
  • 1-3 years of experience in software or service industry sales
  • History of achievement in the face of adversity
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
  • Good sales DNA and a hunter mentality
  • Excellent phone presence and strong writing skills
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Salesforce and Salesloft experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
The target base compensation for this position is $26.44/hour USD + Commissions per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
