Position Summary 

HackerOne is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to help drive global partner marketing programs and demand generation. In this critical role, you will lead the development and execution of impactful marketing programs designed to accelerate pipeline growth with strategic partners in the Americas and EMEA.  You'll leverage your expertise in partner and field marketing to build strong relationships, amplify brand awareness, and develop co-marketing tactics to drive growth within our partner accounts.

This role reports to our Sr. Manager, Americas Regional Marketing and is located remotely in the United States. 

What You Will Do 

  • Craft and execute regional partner marketing programs aligned with the HackerOne global go-to-market strategy.

  • Develop and implement channel marketing programs that align with company objectives and drive Channel Partner growth.

  • Collaborate with regional channel stakeholders to ensure consistency and effectiveness of programs across all regions.

  • Utilize data analytics and dashboards (creating them where needed) to inform marketing strategies, track performance, and optimize campaigns. 

  • Create high quality marketing assets and sales tools for channel partners. 

  •  Work with the Marketing team to repurpose assets for the channel.

  • Assists in development and execution of annual marketing and demand creation program for channel partners. 

  • Champion the voice of the Channel Sales team within the Marketing department, translating their priorities into actionable marketing tactics and messaging.

  • Educate and empower the Sales team on how to leverage marketing campaigns and materials to maximize pipeline generation and conversion rates.

  • Partner with the Events and Partnerships team to provide strategic input on sponsored events and partnerships that align with global sales objectives.

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 4+ years of experience in partner marketing, field marketing or demand generation

  • Demonstrated experience working with a variety of partner types (resellers, distributors, GSIs, alliances, and technology providers) and an in-depth understanding of partner marketing motions (to-partner, through-partner, and with-partner)

  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing programs that drive quantifiable results and accelerate enterprise B2B sales pipelines

  • Experience driving both in-person and virtual events with a goal of pipeline generation

  • Skilled in budget management and performance analysis, with the ability to use data to drive decisions, evaluate success, and optimize programs

  • Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, partner management systems) and a strong understanding of enterprise lead management and marketing attribution as it relates to partner marketing investments

  • Experience collaborating directly with Sales, Sales Enablement and Sales Operations teams

  • Possess exceptional communication and collaboration skills, fostering productive relationships across internal and external stakeholders

  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate effectively, and consistently meet deadlines

  • Willing to travel, no more than 20% of time 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Solid understanding and/or experience in the cybersecurity space

  • Experience with the AWS Marketplace

  • Broader campaign management experience
