As our Locum Talent Partner, you’ll ideally be a hybrid worker spending 3 days per week in Darwen BB3 1AE

As our Locum Talent Partner, you’ll support and enhance the usage of our locum platform, build talent pools, ensure our practices can easily manage their locum requirements, communicate with locums, maintain compliance, and more.

You will be part of the internal talent team working closely with our practice partners and area managers to be proactive in understanding future demand and business impact.
Embedding the Locum Platform that we launched recently, building engagement, highlighting best practices, optimising reporting to give us meaningful insights and building a fit for the future simplified locum strategy.
