You drive the regional media strategy to support customer, brand, and sales goals with a focus on omni growth. Using regional insights, you set budgets, define tactics, and manage media agency relationships. You lead and develop a team of media specialists, ensuring alignment with global strategy and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Through a data-driven, customer-centric approach, you contribute to a strong brand and increased sales while maintaining operational excellence and upholding H&M standards.

The Media function drives customer engagement, brand growth, and sales through impactful strategies across paid, performance, and owned channels.
As a Media Manager, you’ll lead and manage regional and local paid, performance, and owned media specialists and their leads while collaborating with media agencies and cross-functional teams in marketing, analytics, and sales to optimize media impact and enhance the customer journey. The Media team is part of the Strategy & Planning team, which also includes CRM, Connection Planners, and Project Managers. In this role, you will report to the Strategy & Planning Manager.
