This QA Data Engineer position offers a chance to leverage your expertise in ETL and Data Warehousing while contributing to innovative projects.THE ROLE• Hands-On Testing: Conduct testing in ETL processes and Data Warehousing systems.• SQL Skills: Utilize strong SQL skills to develop and execute queries for various testing needs.• Stored Procedures: Understand stored procedures (coding skills are a plus).• Testing Experience: Apply rich experience in functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.• ETL Tools: Work hands-on with ETL tools like DBT.• Reporting: Test SQL reports, paginated reports, and other data outputs.• Data Warehouse Concepts: Demonstrate strong experience with data warehouse concepts and technologies like Snowflake or similar databases.• Data Analysis: Perform data analysis, data profiling, and prepare test data.• Migration Projects: Have experience working on data migration projects.• Automation Tools: Use automation tools such as Validator (nice to have).• Documentation: Document QA efforts including acceptance criteria, source-target mapping, RTM, test plans, test cases, test results, and bug reporting.• Independence and Adaptability: Work independently as a full QA resource and adapt to multiple teams simultaneously.YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE• SQL: Strong skills required.• ETL: Hands-on experience with ETL processes and tools like DBT.**• Snowflake or Similar DB: Experience with data warehouse concepts and technologies such as Snowflake.**• Stored Procedures: Ability to understand stored procedures; coding skills are a nice-to-have.• Testing: Extensive experience in functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.• Data Analysis: Solid experience in data analysis, data profiling, and preparing test data.• Migration Projects: Must have experience with data migration projects.• Automation Tools: Experience with tools like Validator (nice-to-have).• Documentation: Proficient in documenting QA efforts, including acceptance criteria, source-target mapping, RTM, test plans, test cases, test results, and bug reporting.• Independence and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt to multiple teams.Skillset:• SQL• ETL• Snowflake or Similar DB• Stored Procedures• Data Warehouse Concepts• Validator (nice-to-have)• XML• Jira• Scrum• Kanban• Health DataHOW TO APPLYPlease apply directly
