📍Location: On-site at our Replay Centre in West Midtown, Atlanta

📝Contract: Part-Time, Casual

💰Salary: $35 per hour (6 hours per matchday)

As a NWSL Replay Operator, you'll be at the heart of the action in the NWSL matches. Your role will be crucial in delivering world-class services to this competition.

During a match day, the NWSL Replay Operator will be sat with a qualified PRO referee for each match and will be responsible for providing them with the best possible service to aid them in their decision-making process. This will require the technical ability to find and present the best possible camera angles and clear communication to ensure the process is smooth and efficient. 

What Does A Typical Day Look Like?🛠

  • Pre-Match Preparation: Plan and manage pre-match activities in the 3 hours prior to kick-off.

  • System Checks: Conduct thorough pre-match system checks to ensure everything runs efficiently.

  • Match-Day Operations: Work directly with match officials, providing crucial replays and optimal camera angles in real-time.

  • Performance Monitoring: Keep a close eye on hardware and software, flagging any issues that arise to your supervisor.

  • Post-Match Reporting and Clipping: Clip interesting situations and complete detailed reports to enhance future operations and client satisfaction.
