BCW is a Wagyu beef and seed stock company located in the Flint Hills outside of Manhattan, Kansas. By leveraging the strategic advantages of raising and feeding Wagyu cattle in the Midwest, we are cutting out layers in the current industry. BCW encompasses top 1% genetics, best practice feeding and husbandry, and our own processing facilities. Current distribution includes our own meat market retail stores, ecommerce, and select wholesale accounts. The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and deepen customer engagement for Booth Creek Wagyu. A key focus of this role is managing creative content across in-store, eCommerce, and social channels, ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences. This role will also oversee collaboration with third-party agencies, creative teams, and vendors to deliver high-quality campaigns that meet organizational goals. The Marketing Manager will balance strategic planning with tactical execution while prioritizing creativity and performance optimization.
