We're working with a global subscription-based eCommerce company located in Surry Hills. Working in the Customer Marketing team, you will work with the CRM and Email Marketing Manager to carry out all customer marketing campaigns in APAC.
About The Role:
The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the CRM and Email Marketing Manager to implement customer marketing campaigns across APAC. The role will support a range of channels, including email, SMS, direct mail, print media, social media, and web.
What’s important for this role is the collaboration with various teams to help develop effective strategies across all mediums. This involves direct mail and generalist marketing tasks, including website and landing page management, testing, and campaign setup.
Responsibilities include:
Assist the CRM and Email Marketing Managers to optimise and evolve existing automation, driving constant improvements at every stage of the customer journey.
Managing campaign documentation involves organising and maintaining all relevant records and materials related to marketing campaigns.
Optimising automation processes and continuously improving the efficiency and effectiveness of automated marketing workflows.
Scheduling and sending campaign emails
Ensuring alignment across digital and print experiences and coordinating to provide a cohesive and consistent customer experience across various channels.
Experience we value:
Previous experience in a marketing assistant or internship role within ecommerce.
Confident communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships.
High attention to detail.
