Role Overview:
We are looking for a Head of HR who has experience across a broad spectrum of HR disciplines including Employee Relations, Talent & Development, Total Rewards, Diversity & Inclusion, and Talent Acquisition to drive business outcomes that help elevate the business. This is an important role focused on creating innovative and scaling processes. You will have operational oversight of systems, programs, and policies.
What you’ll be doing:
Develop and implement HR operational processes and best practices across the company
Plan and drive the people analytics to ensure the leadership team has real-time insights to effectively run their organization
Design and implement performance management with alignment to culture and values
Drive the reward strategy ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness
Manage compensation benchmarking efforts and lead compensation programs
Create career progression and professional development programs
Participate actively with reviewing compliance requirements
Oversee the management and administration of company benefits
Champion for company values and foster a positive and engaged workforce
Lead special projects as necessary
What you have:
10+ years of Human Resources experience
5+ years of leadership management experience
BA/BS in Human Resources, Business or related fields a plus
Experience in HR/Recruiting systems and scaling processes
Strong background in designing total compensation rewards
Compensation programs experience is a must
Results-oriented with high integrity
Experienced people manager and growing a team
Ability to influence and communicate effectively
Data-driven with the ability to connect business needs with HR metrics
Detail-oriented and execution focused
Compliance and Regulatory knowledge
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
Public company experience as a leader in HR function is a strong plus
Experience with Immigration a plus
HRCI, SHRM, or CCP certifications is a plus
